Return:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your return package must be postmarked within 30 days after the date you received your package. Returns postmarked after 30 days from the date you received your package will not be accepted.

  • Currently, we do not offer the provision of a return shipping label. Therefore, the responsibility for returning the item lies with the customer, and the associated return delivery costs must be coordinated by the customer directly with the chosen courier service.
  • If the initial order amount becomes less than €79 after eliminating the return items, the cost for the initial shipping fee of 9.99, will be excluded from the total refund amount. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You can apply for a refund at Return Center while using your order number or email address used for purchase. 

In case of your package being damaged, missed or incorrect, you MUST provide a picture and explanation within 24 hours of receiving the package, while applying for a return in the return center. If the return is approved, we will provide the return address and procedure will be provided.

Our Return Center is the only way to return an item. Items sent back to us without first applying through our return center will not be accepted for a return.

Exchange/Replace:

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

 

Damages and issues

In case of your package an item being damaged, missed or you received an incorrect item, please register it while providing a photo through  Return Center in 24 hours and the CS representative will contact you immediately to process your application.

If the return is approved, we will provide the return address together with the details.

If we confirm it to be the fault of Lewkin or the courier, we will try to manage the process without any additional costs.

 

Document request from shipping carrier

For international shipping, different countries have their own rules for customs clearance. You'll need to give DHL any documents they ask for to help clear customs when requested.

Keep in mind that if you don't send the documents on time, your package might be discarded (thrown away), and you won't be able to get a refund.

It's important to follow your country's customs rules. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries resulting from customer negligence.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Products from Clearance Sale are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, the refund will be processed following the method you selected.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
